If anyone ever told you that Art and Real Estate should go hand in
hand, you would think, It’s a great Idea, but how would you do this?
Immobilium, an international real estate franchise based in Beverly Hills, recently launched a new initiative. Utilizing its established real estate network, the company created a separate, self-standing art division. Initially a test phase, this experiment proved successful, as they signed almost 200 artists to their Art Incubator in just under six months. The program aims to assist these artists with sales, exposure, and brand building.
Now is the time for the first international Artists’ tour, which is set to begin in the spring of 2026. Immobilium Art has carefully selected 15 emerging artists from around the world to participate in this endeavor. The tour will start at Immobilium’s headquarters in Beverly Hills, California, and will travel through Mexico, the Caribbean, Brazil, and Venezuela. It will then move to Europe, with exclusive residency in Monte Carlo, operated by our Partners at TeosGallery (teosgallery.com) and Luxe TV (luxe.tv), followed by Africa, including Rwanda, Kenya, and Ethiopia, before concluding in Dubai.
This tour will provide our artists with a fantastic experience and increase their visibility, helping them on their path to becoming Blue Chip artists—something they may not have been able to achieve on their own. The tour is expected to last between 4 to 6 months and will significantly influence the evolving art industry, with Immobilium as the primary driving force.
“We worked hard to build momentum and sustainability to provide opportunities like these to our members,” said Sasha Poparic, CEO of Immobilum. “Concepts like this would not be possible without our established real estate infrastructure and partnership network, which allows us to strategically manage a significant amount of legwork. Our teams and associates around the world, who, while they are real estate agents and brokers, are now also taking on the role of art dealers, make this possible.”

This exhibit tour is anything but ordinary. Although Immobilium has formed partnerships with numerous art galleries and museums worldwide, their goal is to create something exceptional. They aim to showcase artists’ work in unique venues such as luxury mansions, yachts, and even private jet hangars. This approach is designed to attract not only art enthusiasts but also a diverse range of potential buyers and collectors.
Seeing our artists showcased around the world with ease, free from gallery politics, demanding requirements, or excessive commission fees, is the most satisfying part of this concept. Many incredible talents globally are limited not only by financial constraints but also by their geographic location. For example, Africa is home to many exceptional artists who need support to claim their spotlight in major cities like New York, Los Angeles, Paris, or Zurich. This is exactly what we aim to provide.
Some of our notable talents:
Katarina Abovic:
a Chilean visual artist with Croatian-Montenegrin roots who has built a nomadic artistic practice across continents. Her abstract paintings explore the dialogue between body and soul through organic forms, dynamic lines, and layered transparencies that speak to healing, transformation, and the impermanence of life. Having exhibited in Honduras, Vietnam, Chile, Croatia, and beyond, she brings a cross-cultural perspective shaped by her heritage and years of living between Santiago, Bali, Roatán, Hoi An, and currently Tulum, Mexico.

Ekatarina Sky:
a Slavic contemporary impact artist whose work explores the relationship between humanity and the natural world. Working across painting, murals, and installation, she creates visually immersive works that examine ecological systems, collective responsibility, and environmental change. Her practice positions art as both a reflection and a catalyst within contemporary climate discourse, including presentations at the United Nations COP30 climate conference.

Stafanie Etter:
The works of the German resin artist Stefanie Etter are known for their emphatic expressive power. Through their immediate impact on the viewer, a palpable momentum emerges. For her art, Etter explores essential polarities of life. She brings them into relationship with one another—and translates them into materials and techniques. In this way, the artist creates powerful fields of tension with visual as well as actual haptic qualities. Stefanie Etter is not only an artist. She is an art lecturer with her own academy. An award-winning author. A trained art therapist. Her works are now valued, purchased, and exhibited worldwide, including in New York, Miami, Venice, Zurich, and Copenhagen. The artist, born in 1969, lives and works in Schorndorf near Stuttgart, Germany.

Habtamu Tibebe:
(b. 1990, Ethiopia) is a contemporary figurative painter renowned for his masterful capture of the complex tapestry of the human experience, bridging historical narratives with present-day life. His acclaimed work has been showcased in solo and group exhibitions globally, and he was honored with the African Creative Award in Cairo, Egypt, and France in 2019. Tibebe’s collections are sold worldwide, including in France, Sweden, South Africa, California, Germany, New Jersey, and Washington, DC, and are held by notable figures such as Nigerian afrobeat artist Yemi Alade and prominent businessman Aliko Dangote, who is recognized as one of the wealthiest people in the world. He has been selected to represent his country at the 10th Beijing Biennial in 2025.

Belle Aire:
Belle Aire, a musician-turned-artist whose identity remains anonymous, makes this concept even more attractive by transforming emotion into sound, style, and statement pieces. From soulful grooves to electric anthems, and from bold paintings to iconic purses, she is a true brand—creating art you can wear, carry, and feel.

Michael Dyne Mieth:
Berlin-based painter, sculptor, and multimedia artist whose groundbreaking work has been shown in major museums and galleries internationally. He began his career in the 1990s with expressive graffiti and street art, evolving into a distinctive practice influenced by urban culture, Basquiat, and Picasso. One of his most acclaimed achievements is the monumental reinterpretation of Picasso’s Guernica titled G18, exhibited at the Imperial Hofburg Museum in Innsbruck as part of the Guernica – Icon of Peace exhibition, where his work was shown opposite the original Picasso gouache. In 2019, his painting Cara del Universo was featured at Berlin’s Gallery Weekend alongside luminaries such as Banksy, Keith Haring, and Jean-Michel Basquiat, and he has engaged in impactful social art projects, including workshops with the Auma Obama Foundation in Kenya. His art is represented in significant collections worldwide, and he continues to push the boundaries of contemporary art with his bold, conceptually rich creations.

Stefanie Schneider:
has emerged as one of the most influential voices in capturing the American narrative, blending timeless themes of longing, impermanence, and nostalgia into a uniquely evocative visual language. Her ability to translate these universal themes into Polaroid images, infused with the imperfections of expired film, has positioned her as a profound storyteller in a medium often overlooked for its artistic potential.

Alex Ceppi:
a multidisciplinary artist from Venezuela, whose career spans acting, writing, architecture, and painting. A former child actor and the youngest co-producer of the Latin American Theater Festival in Caracas, he refined his artistic voice in New York under renowned mentors, where he also began writing award-winning scripts. Alongside his artistic pursuits, Ceppi built a distinguished career as an architect with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, led AHSC Architects as Design Director, and founded D.Arc Group. Painting has since become his primary focus, emphasizing emotional intimacy and storytelling over formal perfection, with his work exhibited internationally across the U.S. and Europe.

Immobilium’s strategic partnership with Vefa Gallery (vefagallery.com), one of the most exquisite galleries in the South Bay, has significantly enhanced its portfolio with exceptional talent. Notable artists such as Risk Ross and David Krovblit from California, as well as Justo Amable Garrote Ramos from Cuba, are among the artists Immobilium is showcasing on its Global Tour.
